The anodic process provides a decorative and protective film on aluminum. Anodizing is forced oxidation of aluminum using sulfuric acid with controlled time and a direct current, to open the pores of the aluminum. A dye can then be introduced, and becomes an integral part of the aluminum.

We provide sheets:

▪ In standard sizes, including 16” x 18”, 18” x 19.2”, and 18” x 24”, or custom cut to your requirements
▪ In a wide range of thicknesses, including .012”, .015”, .016”, .020”, .032”, .040”, .051”, .064”, .080”, and .125”
▪ In a wide range of colours, including clear, gold, blue, red, yellow, orange, green, and black.

Since sheets are dyed, not painted or printed, repeatability of colour may be difficult. Additional tolerance must be allowed when matching to custom colours.

Anodized sheets can be cut to blank tags or used for engraving or even jewelry and artwork.

We can also provide raw aluminum, custom cut to your size requirements.
